The standing commission of the Red Cross and Red Crescent

The Standing Commission's principal functions are to make arrangements for the International Conference and the Council of Delegates. It meets about four times a year. The Council of Delegates comprises representatives of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement (i.e., the National Societies, the ICRC and the Federation).
